NEMT

All NEMT drivers are required to have great time management and mapping skills. In addition, enthusiastic individuals who portray charisma, companionship, and passion. Part of the NEMT's role is to build healthy relationships and maintain quality with the service team.

Paratransit

Midway paratransit drivers handle non-ambulatory jobs. This position requires urgency, empathy, and full commitment when assisting members door to door.

Dispatcher

The dispatchers are our call coordinator. They handle a wide variety of inbound and outbound calls while assisting drivers on the road.
